Sharron Banks is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Let Us Prosper Inc. (LUP), a nonprofit dedicated to housing stability, workforce development, and family support. She leads mission-driven initiatives that bridge the gap between crisis and long-term independence for individuals, families, and veterans. Her work centers on building sustainable programs and partnerships that strengthen communities and create pathways to prosperity.
**The Executive Director role operates separately from Board Officer responsibilities to ensure proper governance and operational oversight.
